Students will not be issued lockers at the start of the school year.
Students will be permitted to carry backpacks from class to class.
Students are permitted to carry bottles of water since fountains are closed.
Masks are required for all staff and students, this mandate will be strictly enforced. If you don’t have a mask available, one will be provided

Sports physicals will be given on June 10th at Wheeling Hospital for grades 7 through 12. Physical forms can be picked up at the High School, Middle School, Central Office or from any varsity head coach. Information is posted on the school athletic website. All physical forms must be completed and signed before the physical will be given.

Final Student Day
The final day for online instruction will be Friday, May 15th. On this day, we will allow students to come to the building, practicing safe social distancing, to retrieve anything of importance that they may have left behind. This will also be an opportunity for students to pick up their yearbook if they had purchased one and for those students who borrowed Chromebooks to return them.
Schedule for students to come to BMS:
Friday, May 15th
5th and 6th Grade between 10 and 12
7th and 8th Grade between 12 and 2
Wearing a mask is recommended..

ALL BMS STUDENTS - Please make sure that you have completed the t shirt size assignment in google classroom. If you cannot complete it in google classroom please email your t shirt size to one of your teachers.

To further comply with the governor's order, Bellaire Schools will continue with remote learning for the remainder of the academic year. The last day for students is May 15th. Grades will be finalized during the week of May 18th.
Continue to communicate with teachers and principals with any questions. Thank you students, parents, and teachers for your effort, patience, and commitment during this time. More end-of-year information will be shared as decisions and plans are finalized
To remain consistent with the governors order, Bellaire Local Schools closure has been extended to May 1. Please continue to contact your teachers or principals with any questions as we move along with our online education.
