Sealed proposals will be received by the Bellaire Local School District, 340 34th Street, Bellaire, OH 43906 until 2:00 p.m. on March 1, 2024, and immediately thereafter will be opened. A contract for the operation of a food service program at the Bellaire Local School District will be recommended at the March Board of Education meeting.

Copies of the Invitation for Bid, together with any further information desired, may be obtained by the Bidders from Cathy Moore, Treasurer, Bellaire Local School District, 340 34th Street, Bellaire, OH 43906 [(740)- 676-1826]. All proposals shall be made in conformity with the General Code of Ohio and shall be in a sealed envelope addressed to the Bellaire Local School District, 340 34th Street, Bellaire, OH 43906 with "Food Service Management Bid" on the outside of the envelope.

A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on February 23, 2024, at the Administrative Office, 340 34th Street, Bellaire, OH 43906. The pre-bid meeting will consist of a question and answer period and a walk-through.

No Bidder shall withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of receipt of bids.

The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids.
